We Want to Build a Thing

Here's the Rundown

We want to build an accessibly-priced, grassroots, rallycross racing series, with the specific aim of providing a safe, inclusive racing environment where we embrace diversity in all its forms – welcoming individuals of any gender identity, sexual orientation, race, ability, vehicle choice, or experience level.

We also aim to empower folks to experience motorsports in ways they may never have been able to, including: organizing, volunteering, and racing! Many people never know how much they’ll love race day until they make it out to one. We don’t just want to race, we want to make more racers & fans!

This is definitely going to be a team effort...

A lot goes into creating & running a racing series (especially a successful one), and we are going to need to put together a lot of moving parts before we can start having fun.

There are many things we need to discuss, and we’re not going to pretend we have all of the answers.

We’re looking for anybody who wants to help us build this super-inclusive racing series from the ground up!

We’re going to start discussions and team-building for constructing a rallycross racing series over on the Drive Deviant community forum. Yeah, one of those old things. Why? Because it doesn’t rely on any individual social networks, it’s on our server, and things don’t scroll away after 10 minutes of discussion. It will all be right where it was posted!
